GENERAL SWIMMING FITNESS GENERAL 1650 - Pull & kick warm up & cool down with a couple of tempo 200s and fast 25s as the main set. Ideal for the swimmer that is short of time, an almost continuous session - G002-1650 GENERAL 1900 - Pull & kick warm up and a main set with 400 continuous and 10 x 25 fast tempo. - G003-1900 GENERAL 2000 - Pull & kick warm up and a main set with 5 x 50 and 10 x 25 fast tempo. - G004-2000 GENERAL 2200 mts - Long warm up with 400 mts of EVF drills followed by 200, 100s, 50s & 25s - a session designed to wake you up in the morning. - G001-2200
